SHIPPING METHODS
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
FULFILMENT
Please allow 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order confirmation for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our carrier for shipment.
Cost of shipping your package will be determined by the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order. Please note, all shipping details are in business days. Please refer to the shipping grid below for shipping rates:
INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES/ADDRESS CHANGES
Please write your complete address at the time of placing orders (including Buzz codes, Apt/Condo/Suite/House numbers etc.). If the address is incomplete at the time of the order is placed and /or if you require an address change, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please note that orders with incomplete addresses or requiring an address change will face delays in reaching.

Signature is not required on Ground, Expedited Parcel, Express or Xpress shipments.
While we try our best to ship all orders on the next regular business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), orders may take slightly longer to process when there is a site-wide sale or promotion. We ship to all provinces and territories. Shipping address must be a valid Canadian address.
